My point is this: what did or didn't PTSC know about co-ownership? Wouldn't you agree that they should have known whether or not Moore had assigned his rights to Fish.

Also, was there a disclosure failure in that the litigation (TPL/Moore) was never mentioned in the quarterly report that covered the period of time when the lawsuit began?

Why hasn't Swartz filed a release of his security interest with the USPTO? If he did, then please show me where this information may be found. If he didn't, why hasn't our BoD/CEO (past or present) taken the initiative to ensure this is done? perhaps it is non issue and if you or anyone else knows this to be so, please explain why it is a non issue?
