Your frustration is shared by me and I am sure by many others. I would love for the board to lay out their business plan for at least 2011...to include specific threshold dates. I'd like to know what goals are being planned and by what date. I'd also like to know what happens if the goals aren't reached and what failure to perform consequences will the BoD suffer?
