Are there any dates we should be looking toward that may have some affect on our SP?

Trial date is set for April? unless they come to terms sooner.

What is TPL thinking with this lawsuit we have against them? Do we have a good strong case ? If so, why the heck don't they settle se we can get back to collecting patent $$$
