I imagine Leckrone hoodwinked his own people on the PDS committee. They probably never saw any contractual agreements struck between TPL( for their tech), and MMP licensees. I am guessing they were only fed details of an MMP license between TPL/Alliacense and the negotiated party. There were so many of these deals which seemed so small in terms of dollars. We kept wondering why the early bird discounts continued on and on. The truth was ....Leckrone used it as a tool to rope potential MMP companies into a deal which only benefited TPL. It just seems obvious to me and should not prove that hard to uncover the details.IMHO
