Yes I agree that some people do try to hide money in overseas accounts. Unlikely they would be in the name of the person or their company.

Not sure what this has to do with the topic of opening a class action against TPL after being found guilty in court. Unless there are some known tangible assests remaining, I doubt your going to find an attorney willing to help you search for hidden treasure on their dime. And that assumes that you have a reasonable case for a class action, which I highly doubt. But I'll defer to any legal brainpower should any be willing to expend some of it on such a question.
