By your reply I assume you are not surprised..

IMHO.... for this stock price to move forward we need:

To secure a resolution to our Licensing dispute.....

We need to see Licenseing reveune increase...

We need to see postive earnings....

With this announcement... We would get the resloution to licensing dispute...... By the statement made it would change the 1/4 earnings... (Not an accountant,, but this what it said..) speculating from what I have read it is from 2.1 million to 3.5 million.... so I see it as good news...
