Ya know....we are assuming settlement has to do with TPL. It just might be some small issue, one that we may never have heard about. That could be alot. It might actually have to do with the Crossflo issue that Laurie just posted about. If it gets done and it is big news....I think we will see volume before announcement, unless of course someone here announces it first. LOL
