I am not an accountant but my best guess is had they filed the report, then settled a dispute where money coming in needed to be reported in that quarterly statement, it would prove to be more of an accounting headache.

Then again, heard the weather has been nice in San Diego. Supposed to be 76 tomorrow. Why not take advantage of a five day delay for a few rounds. :)
