If you recall none of this happened until Barco went public with the activities of TPL negoiations. Once that happened PTSC went into action. Not that they possibly, or prabably didn't know anything before but if they then did not perform their duties it would have been all too obvious that they knew all along and were not in the least concerned with their fidicuary duties. What happenened to our audit commitee? Why did they not conclude what TPL was doing before? After Barco disclosures the cat was out of the bag. That is the major reason they are in their hiding mode and do not want to face us. I feel they knew all along how TPL was divying up the Flash portfolio and the MMP, they had to at least have suspicions and if they did why did they loan the millions? PTSC never called any of the 70 MMP portfolio purchasers to follow-up?They didn't ask any of the known Flash portfolio purchasers how much did you pay for the MMP and how much did you pay for the Flash Portfolio? All those that purchased a Flash portfolio lied to keep it secret? I don't think so. It is either criminal, or incompetent. We can only hope that some hot shot prosecuter will want to get involved so they do not settle out of court and try to hide all the activities. That is probably why TPL is trying to delay the CM trial. I don't think CM wants to settle.( ie 'The only way for evil to prevail is for good men to do nothing") Eventually there may be more people going to jail. Which one of our two trials is being delayed until September? Is it the one with the actuations of fraudulent activities? They want to try to settle on the other one before that ones activities come to light? Stall, conceal documents, hope your adversary will run out of money, settle out of court, and hide all the nefarious activities. If justice is blind this would be a great time to peak and find out what the heck is going on. We may indeed find out if there is, or has been foxes in the hen house? Billion of dollars at stake vs only 360 million collected so far= suspicious activities with many different players. Follow the money trail.
