I find it somewhat surprising that PTSC files an NT-10Q citing "Material" settlements are pending, and it didn't register as even a tiny blip with respect to the market.

I'm not sure if that means that no one is paying any attention to PTSC, or that no one regards the company's ability to impact it's own future, whether through settlements or business activities of its own with any credibilty.

I would've thought there would be at least a hint of either positive or negative anticipation based on the NT wording, but I guess not. PTSC said they'd issue the 10q before Monday, so we should see it today.
