I wasn't necessarily expecting a positive move from the NT filing. Based on the vagueness, the company history, and the current circumstances, I wouldn't have been surprised at either a positive or a negative move from the market, in price or in volume. But I did think it might make some kind of an impact since they said it would constitute MATERIAL information.

Rather, what we got was another yawn. And based on the first glance at the 10q filing, it didn't deserve even that.
