I was involved with Helmut Falk many years ago when we were in Monaco.
After we both ended up in Northern California we had lunch and I briefly worked with him on some ideas for 'nanotronics' and how to best market 'shboom'. He invited me to join Patriot and I met with him and Woody. In the end I declined their offer for family reasons much though I was tempted.
Fast forward to today. How sad to see such a leading-edge technology reduced to this. So many mis-steps along the way. A senior management team that ought to patent the turnstile. One after another failed ventures. A few clear cases of ego - the greatest factor I have seen over the years when businesses fail.
I don't know how it can be done, but we need a board and/or senior management that is looking to save the company - not drain it. $100K in revenue over 3 months is appalling.
Then today I get the reminder in an email about the virtual Annual Meeting. At least that shows some intelligence - much safer than sharing a room with the people whose money they are burning through. However, a "technology" company, in the digital world could do better than "...12-Didget control number ...".
