You are not alone.

Many questions are left unanswered.
The compensation of the BOD is outrageous IMHO as are the bonuses and salary increases for those who are supposedly in charge. Even successful companies are on pay/bonus freezes. One wonders what exactly the criteria were that were apparently met in order pay out very sizeable bonus plans. Were they "achievable" such as "stock price not to drop more than 50%" or "investments not to incur an annualized rate of return of less than negative 25%"?

Why is there a Technology Committee with an outside consultant (who has plenty of other work if I read Linked-In correctly) chairing it? The MMP technology needs no 'strategy' as it is dead and all associated 'hardware' has been sold. The Crossflo technology needs some sales and a customer base in order to plan a technology strategy.

It seems the ineptitudes started with a TPL agreement which by all accounts has the tail wagging the dog. Followed by the failed business investments, perhaps done in haste with inadequate due diligence and by people unfamiliar with the industries.

Where are the lawsuits against the third-parties paid to advise PTSC in these failures?

However, litigation costs money - the investments should first be in (a) resolving the TPL issues and aggressively pursuing, worldwide, new licenses with recurring revenue streams and (b) a JV or divesting of the Crossflo business unless it is guaranteed to repay the investment and provide significant positive cashflow by the end of this year.

Additionally, the premium for being the "chair" of the microscopic committees should be abolished.
