Gloria, Falk and CJ have shares. Considering how many shares they have one could say they don't any significant amount of shares. Some would even say that they have no shares! Do you think those on the shareholder list that have only 100 shares listed are ever going to have any influence on the voting issues? Those shares of Gloria, Falk and CJ represent a very small percentage of the total shares outstanding. However.......................
However, if you look at the shareholder list and see the CEDE Co. providing a list of 400,000,000 shares with no names or addresses ............... well, it is possible that they, the board, have shares there. But how can we know for sure? How are those names and addresses knowable?
I have to marvel at how that kind of list can be a "non list" and still meet the SEC requirements. Who are those shareholders. I only know of one for sure, me.
