Rule number 5....I think we all get the picture. The ASHM was exactly what we expected (worthless), rather than what we had hoped for. Gloria and Cliff, thanks to Brian's questioning, did more to convince us that compensation is too high, performance is valued at zero and expectations for the future are what they have been for my four years in...."wait and see."

One other question that I wrote in which was not addressed is if we now only have 3 board members, is it really necessary to be paying anyone to chair a committee? Get real. For the size company that PTSC currently is, the $28K reduced board fee for Gloria and Carl should be more than enough and certainly questionably deserved.

I volunteer to accept a PM from anyone who is fed up and of like mind that action (not determined at this time) might be in order, on the part of shareholders. If you want compensation changed, if you want shareholders to have a say in BoD decisions, then let me know by sending me a Private Message. Do not write to me unless you are ready to provide me with your real name (first and last), personal e-mail address, contact numbers, address and most importantly number of shares owned and willlingness to pledge those shares only if necessary to implement some kind of change. I honestly don't know what we can do, if anything at all. I do not have time to correspond with each one of you, if you are not willing to provide me with that information.

Tell a friend....this works great if you know other shareholders (MAJOR shareholders) who may not participate on this forum but who feel the same way. Let's make an effort to talk to each other outside of this forum. I am not a major shareholder, meaning more than 500K shares and although I appreciate hearing from everyone who is of like mind, the major shareholders will help keep my spread sheet from becoming impossible to keep up with :).
