To answer your question - yes as far as I know ptsc is current with all govt reports. What I was trying to allude to (and apparently did a poor job in doing) is that the pension board is not forthcoming with even the basic information that we the citizens of San Diego should know. Basically we are the shareholders of the city and a few people with special interest are keeping all they know close to the vest. This is the analogy I was trying to convey.
