In case of the BOD, I have to disagree. They wasn't able to built up a new business field/revenue stream besides the MMP the last couples of years. Hence, managment lost much money and IMO failed. Each other company would lay-off the BOD or change persons to be succesful in the future.

Not PTSC, our BOD earns money for nothing. Expecially in consideration of a fair shareholder value.
