You asked:

``How long have you been invested in PTSC? Have you read the latest SEC filings of PTSC?``

About two months

You asked:

``Why would you think TPL may issue false press releases? Have they done this before? Can you cite any instance?``

Only from what has been stated on this board as to the character of TPL executives.

I originally stated:

I really have to question why we have not heard any details on the AMD and Intel negoiations

You replied:

``I have to believe that you meant AMD and Intel licensing contracts. I know of no requirement for a company to provide details of various contracts to shareholders. Do you? If you think what they are doing is illegal I would suggest you consult an attorney.``

My answer:

Perhaps you could enlighten us on any details of their

agreements, because I can`t. It is one things to say we have an agreement another to give details. And yes they are

required to give details of their agreements because

business is never done completely in good faith. There are factors of accountability, revenue reporting.

I originally stated:

The news release said AMD and Intel are liciensee`s, I have

seen nothing to confirm this.

You replied:

``The SEC filings confirm this``

My answer:

The AMD filing but not Intel.

The lastest press release from TPL says nothing of PTSC

That is one of the things that I question...Why not?!

Is this an attempt to circumvent any accountability.

PTSC being a public company is held to much more

scrutiny than TPL. Perhaps they are using this to a perceived advantage. I am not a lawyer but I am sure

there are several precedents to go by.

And as far as getting an Attorney. I am not ready for anything that drastic. I just have legitimate concerns

about all this secrecy.

And Thank you for your reply.
