I guess what I am trying to say is......Whatis the % of

future chip sales that will be going to the New company?

How much is each liciensing agreement and is the backlog

payment a one time deal (20 million I heard)

The Devil is apparently in the details.

I guess we ``will`` or I should say ``will have to hear``

something with the year end filings.
