On January 24, 2011, Patriot Scientific Corporation (the “Company”) dismissed the action that it had filed on April 12, 2010, against Technology Properties Limited LLC (“TPL”) in San Diego Superior Court for breach of a $1 million promissory note. The dismissal was filed following TPL’s repayment of the promissory note.
