arm is another big fish that totally bypassed the MMP. BUT it would be a mistake to go after them. They never should have gone after intel or amd but those that used their chips.

In this case Apple. ARM has made hundreds of millions off of Apple and their shareprice, (ARM's) has gone up dramatically. PTSC needs to go after the end users of which there are thousands that are using ARM chips based on MMP technology.
