Do you realize that we are attempting to get design specs from manufacturers of HTC's chips that we believe are infringing? We have asked HTC to get the info from their suppliers, and they balked at the request. We petitioned the court to force them.

Now this does not involve ARM, and may not even invlolve any license issues. You seem to think that this kind of stuff is easily obtained. I suggest you let our counsel at FARELLA BRAUN + MARTEL LLP know that.
