I already said that, so not sure to whom the question is directed.

You seem to be having some difficulty interpeting this sentance?

Frankly, I'm not positive that PTSC would be circumventing the Master Agreement in a legal sense. I just don't think it is worth testing to find out. Is that any clearer?
