I understand that the 10Q was for the period ended Nov 30. However, they included the one line that I referenced in my last post that addressed the (roughly)$7million that was reported At January 13, 2011, PDS’ cash and cash equivalents balance was $7,007,897

The PR addresses licenses that were signed in Dec and Jan. Isn't it possible that these are the same licenses referenced in the 10Q at Jan 13? That same 10Q, stated that PDS doesn't have enough capital to carry on its normal every day business. The recent PR addresses the cooperation of PTSC and TPL in contributing money to PDS.

What is the new news? It seems to me that this is the same information that was given to us in the 10Q only now in a different form for the world to see.
