If you think you are excercising good judgement by plugging just anyone into a BOD seat because the previous holder of that seat did a bad job...well, I think that demonstrates EXTREMELY poor judgement.

As for staying silent - don't. Kick, yell, scream, vent do whatever you want. I could care less. But I will call a spade a spade when you do.
