The unsurprising reply, and why we need a policy of better sharefolder communication, was:
"Dear Shareholder,
The only information we've released regarding Board Committees is as provided in the proxy materials. In conjunction with the change in BOD composition with the last shareholder meeting there is no longer a technology committee."
