If nothing changes with PTSC can anyone, please tell me when will it be necessary to change the BOD? One month, 2,3,4,5,6 months? One year? 1,2,3,4,5 years?
For those in objection of changes in BOD; what would you like to see happen from now on? At what point would say, "enough is enough"?
Apparantly, we posters on this forum are either in one of two group. Neither one of the group is going to back down from an opinion, so let's at least see if an intelligent discussion can come out of it. I am sure if the pro BOD has a valid solution to increase the shareprice the anit-BOD would be all ears.
The anti-BOD main argument is removing one of the director, which leaves 2 to remain. Why are the pro-Bod so addamantly against this idea? How much damage can one new bod create?
Before we rip into one another about lack of experience, please remember the current bod qualification and the results of those in charge. We have been down this road many times...over and over!
Lastly, anti or pro bod are you not tired of the result to date with this company?
