duck, I agree with what you say about the only real way to create and raise shareholder value (SHV). However, it seems no one arguing either way on the the issue of the BOD realizes that anyone who seeks to be a new director of this company would not be able to tell this message board what they would do to raise SHV. The "keep present board" crew say "I still have not heard what your plan is to raise SHV" etc, etc. Maybe the reason one cannot answer this constant question is that unless your on the current BOD, no one really knows what needs to be done to raise SHV until a new face (one we select) arrives to see what mess has been created by the current BOD. You can't fight an infection untill you have identified the germ. For example, how can you decrease BOD pay unless a new face is there to vote against it? They are certainly not going to vote against their pay. There are many more of these scenarios that cannot be dealt with unless a new face (and more new faces in the future) is there to see what is going on in all aspects of this dreadfully run enterprise. IMHO
