I can't and won't speak to their original intentions. I can only speak for what took place. One group of investors believes the company acted correctly and promoted the stock based on what PTSC believed to be the beginning of their fortunes. The other group of investors believes the company executed a well crafted plan to help the warrant holder move shares will simultaneously promoting the stock. At this point neither matters. The damage has been done. The question is, what are they going to do about it? I've been patiently waiting 5 years for them to figure it out.
