I believe it was Cliff who said some companies did not want to be identified as having purchased a license. Again, the 7mil in the PDS account is evidence to me that one or several companies paid for the right to have a license, since 11/30/2010. Perhaps, the word "purchased" would not be 100% accurate until the monies made their way from PDS to PTSC and TPL bank accounts. good luck
