It does not say "trust". It says escrow!

10-28-10 Union Bank N A 1,593,525 shares

( I do not have it in my notes that the 10-28-10 shares are as escrow agent. I only recall that they were listed that way. )

4,438,155 shares total

Do these dates correspond with any sales of licenses or even "entered into" agreements?

Are these shares from a seller or shares from out PTSC to someone for some kind of businsess transaction?

Why does a bank act as an escrow agent?
