"that a bod with the experience of how our "partner tpl" deals with the ma and comag is better for the change of theese issues"
I was amazed that the only real support our BOD could muster for themselves is that they are best suited to continue because the have and know the history with TPL and the agreements and therefore are most compentent to guide us through the current litigation and negotiations successfully.
IMO, this is akin to saying the Washington Generals are the team best suited to challenge the Harlem Globetrotters for a win because they have the knowledge and history with the Harlem Globetrotters after having played them for so long.
If you remember, the Washington Generals were the team that travelled with the Globetrotters shows and were their opposition/partner in the shows. They TOO had a spectacular record of failure and losses. However, they OBVIOUSLY were best suited to play that role as they KNEW the Globetrotters, knew what they did, had experience against them, and knew the script. They always kept it close and made it look like they were challenging the Globetrotters, but inevetiably, they ALWAYS were bested.

Couple the only defense of themselves they could come up with, with the truly amazing and complete disdain and apathy Gloria showed for shareholders through here remarkable comments to Stan Caplan, it ceases to amaze me that there is defense for a BOD who refuses to buy shares in the company they steward, is gluttonous in their self reward, shows contempt and disdain for shareholders, and has shown a such a consistent record of failure in their efforts despite prior pronouncements of optimism and predicted success in advance of those same failures.
We shareholders DESERVE a 9 cent pps.
