what the BoD would do in it's current situation. They may have been forced to close the Cayman "sweep" account--they lost on the re-election votes--they have had to move to smaller offices--they get nothing but complaints from us (and rightly so)--they are in litigation with many--and the list goes on. IF it were ME, I would take the co. private--I would not want to risk any more legal suits against me. At least they have other Swartz companies they can move too--I guess Gloria is retirement age anyway, so it may not matter to her. I just can't imagine that they can sit inactive for much longer. Hope something positive happens soon to change this company and the shareholder's sp. GL, ads
