I agree with your assessment of that situation..Tpl had the good sense to walk away

and live to fight another day.. The issues involved in our prosecution of the infringers

is too complex and esoteric to be decided by lay people..We need to have the technical

points resolved by experts in these matters,NOT by some who would be swayed by

emotions or other extraneous influences.
