With out being a labeled a BOD apologist or whatever term is applied by those that continually rehash the same failure of the BOD over and over. If I examined the sec filings over the last few years I would also see other reasons: The concerted effort to invalidate the patent through a neverending re-exam process. Which seems to be slowing down or run its course which seems that we have prevailed. The right offs and the trimming of the fat to run a leaner company. The failed aquisitions are there but we just went through the biggest down turn in our economy ever. 20/20 hindsight is awesome I wish I had it on some of my businesses and real estate holdings. Do I constantly berate myself for not doing this or that. You learn and move on. The past won't get the share price up. The BOD is not going anywhere soon. We are a settlement or two away from a sustained price increase. Even nuisance value on 100s or even thousands of infringers will bring about positive quarters in the near future. IMO
