Neither Felcyn nor Johnson were on the BoD when I and many longs here invested in PTSC... Certainly not when Brian invested since he has been invested in PTSC for longer than I... And at the time of their appointments I don't believe many were all too happy with either... knowing that Johnson was Swartz' lawyer.. and Felcyn as trustee of the Falk family trust... whose shares were dispersed, what 5-6 yrs ago..
