Actually it could be argued that it was produced by the retail shareholders because they should have voted the current board out long ago. But then to paraphrase one of the current board, " they had their chance".
I would add that the retail shareholders still have a chance to remove the current board, just like the current board still has a chance to raise the share price and redeem themselves.
