2 reex requests (90/008,227)(90/010,562) are merged for the '148 and the 2 other requests (90/011,169)(90/009,591) are merged for the '584.

The examiner Pokrzywa just NIRC'd the '749 and is on the '148 reex. Examiner Rimmel who recerted the '336 (and also denied a '336 request) is on the '584.
