Sorry, but if you wait it will be too late IMO. Do you really think the people in the know are going to tell you they are going to buy or sell before they do either? Those informed people are in or out ahead of the followers. Those kind of people are sometimes called leaders and other times other things.

People in the know are not gamblers, they are informed people.
