Do you think that it will go to trial now? It seems to me that a settlement is much more likely now that the USPTO has validated the 749, but who knows. Either way, I think that we have a good chance of a win here. IMHO, the two MOST important ones have been recertified by the USPTO--these companies can't just keep on bogging down the system with their "serial attacks" in order to delay things.
