The text for that home in Sunningdale (not far from Ascot and in a VERY nice area) says "Shrubbs Hill Lane is a pleasant cul-de-sac and Hunters Dell is situated near the end of the road in a lovely quiet location."
The referenced rental home is called "Hunter's Dell" and is NOT the "Sandhurst" referred to by TPL, though "Sandhurst" is of similar standing.
