I don't know why it is being done. Maybe it is just standard procedure once they learned that CM might be part owner. Maybe it is another delay tatic. Maybe they are getting ready to offer a settlement and want to get all deserving parties named before it takes place. Maybe they just needed to get another lawyer involved as work has been scarce lately. lol It is a guessing game at this point. I think that Ron or Milestone might chime in on the topic before too long. However, they probably don't know at this point either.
