I really have a hard time with this board. If someone wants to see the glass half full they are a BOD apologist and some how usually get banned. On the other hand people can denegrate my stock and it's future chances over and over with impunity.

Sedley, really Mark Posting an excerpt from a motion for summary judgement that is two months old?? He is on topic? Sometimes I hope this stock goes to zero just to spite some of the so called investors. But that would be cutting my nose off ............

I guess I have a different view of how things should be handled. There are a contingent of shareholders that rant and rave on this board about the BOD and project the most dire situations over and over and still are invested in this thing. It's like manifesting your own destiny and please spare me the no one would buy or sell off info from a board speach. Investing is as much gut and feeling as anything else you do in life. I was more suprised from the shareholder meeting that the BOD wasn't ripped apart. I called twice. Where were all these posters who ostracize the BOD everyday.

I cant wait to be done with stock one way or the other.
