Can Anyone Suuggest a Fix

It was Active X Controls that needed to be changed. I think when I updated Adobe that update changed the active X Contol and messed it up. I downloaded AlteraTIFF Active X and enabled it for the fix. Well I can read the image files now. Hopefully all else is OK.
