Bacro is silent about the off-chip second clock, which is easy to prove or disprove. At least I do not recall anything being said. That is a hint that they are practicing the invention, even if not utilizing the preferred embodiment of a ring oscillator system clock.
Barco states that the clocks in the accused chips are fixed. If that were indeed the case, I would think that it would be unlikely there would be any dispute. But there is. So what Barco sees as fixed, is perhaps not viewed the same by TPL.
