As for the rest of it, if SRA already has all that business and PDSG to date has not benefited from it via a partner status, why should we expect them to benefit more in the future? What has changed?

Partnerships are a dime a dozen. What about their SAIC partnership? HP? Enforsys? What happens to a partner does not necessarily happen to PDSG. You have to make a more convincing case than "they're a partner."
