If the Judge doesn't rule in Barco favor on the SJ motion I think they may be inclined to settle. I think they took a shot at what they perceive as a procedural error and this is all that they've got. As long as TPL doesn't screw-up too much we might have them where we want them. The only thing I am concerned about is Mr. Moore's relation with Acer. Seemed as if he was too anxious to respond to their subpoena. Also there was a recent motion to have him joined in the case. Something may be brewing there. AJMO
