As already stated in more recent posts. There was nothing unsual about todays hearing. It was mundane with a totally expected outcome. That type of news, if one can call it news does not generate 2.21 million shares traded nor a 28 % jump in share price. It's been established Patriot/TPL shall no longer consider someone signing a license for the MMP a material event worthy of announcement. It's like Mc Donalds reporting they sold a hamburger as a material event. It's what they are supposed to do. Likewise it applies to Patriot and TPL. They are supposed to sell MMP licenses. I do however think word leaked which would account for the stocks activity. It's pretty much assured it wasn't for just a hundred grand but much more.

I have no proof of a signing but to me it's the only thing that makes any sense.
