We gave away the farm with the first purchases of Intel and AMD. They made billions upon billions (understatement) on the back of the MMP.

This is water over the dam.

AMD and Intel have both been hurt by Arm Holdings. Arm is the big dog now and there stock has for example gone from Feb 25, 2010 ( $9.29) to Feb 25, 2011 to ($30.11).

LOOK at the price of INTC and AMD (LAGGARDS). Remember, they had all of Apples business between them and then entered ARM who took their business.

It is in the best interest of INTC and AMD that they pay and pay dearly from there billions in profits for the MMP.

I believe that Arm is now trying to get back in the fray? They will throw the kitchen sink at us if given the opportunity. This is where AMD and Intel can help us out in pursuing this common enemy. Arm is by far the biggest adversary we will face in the long run not that there are not numerous others. Remember how during the Markman in TX, they intimidated the Leckrones. They are a tremendous adversary and I think we need big guns to help fight them.

Is it not better to go after Appple etc first or should we demand billions from a major adversary that continues to make hundreds of billions off applications with the MMP at the center.
