If you gain strength as time goes by it would be wise to save the strongest for last.

Intel and AMD may be in good position. They have gotten a license on the cheap. We still don't know how their contracts were structured as far as exhaustion is concerned. If it is in their favor then it would be wise for other companies to purchase their processors from them Vs ARM. If ARM is still a leader at this point in time, I would think that the AMD, Intel contract structure is not in their favor? JMO
